FINAL JUDGMENT May 01 2014

If you have a final judgment against you in foreclosure, you can still Motion the Court to Stop the Sale and reset the sale date 30, 60, or 90 days in the future.  This additional time can allow you to finish a shortsale or modification, allow you to collect additional rental income on an investment property, or can allow you time to save additional money in order to move out of the property.
